Powers Principal William von Oehsen and Associate Mark Ogunsusi are presenting this week at the 340B Winter Conference in San Diego, CA. The 340B Conference is a premier venue for stakeholders interested in the latest news on 340B program developments and implementation, including for health care providers, manufacturers, and government agencies.
During the conference, William von Oehsen will be presenting on “Audits Part 1: Navigating 340B Audits.” The session will provide an overview of the HRSA audit process and provide insights related to responding to HRSA’s data request list, receiving a final audit report, responding to an audit report including challenging any findings, implementing a corrective action plan, and making repayment to manufacturers resulting from a HRSA audit finding. Mark Ogunsusi will be presenting at two sessions, “Contract Pharmacy Operations: A Deeper Dive” and “Grantee Networking Roundtable: Audits, Compliance, and Contract Pharmacy Restrictions.” The first session will discuss unique distribution and purchasing models, including centralized models often used by chain pharmacies. The second session will discuss HRSA audits, best practices in compliance, and experiences navigating the current contract pharmacy landscape.
