Powers is pleased to announce that Mark Ogunsusi, Pharm. D., J.D., has joined the firm as a Healthcare Associate in the 340B Program and Drug Pricing practice group.
Mark has a range of experience across the healthcare sector, having worked as a pharmacist, a consultant and as a healthcare attorney.
Prior to joining Powers, he worked as a Pharmacist with CVS and he co-founded PrystM, LLC, a cross-industry consulting firm, for which he served as the CEO, advising healthcare companies on the 340B Drug Pricing Program, telemedicine opportunities, physician dispensing requirements and more. Prior to joining the firm, Mark also worked at a national health care firm in the Healthcare and Life Sciences practice group and as a legal extern for the Honorable Laura Cordero in DC Superior Court.
Mark earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a doctorate in pharmacy from Mercer University College of Pharmacy.
