Powers Principals Rob Portman and Jeremy Lewin presented at the American Society of Medical Association Counsel (ASMAC) Fall CLE Meeting on October 16th.
The presentation, titled “COVID-19 Employer Vaccine Mandates: Legal Issues for Associations,” discussed various issues for employers considering vaccine mandates. Rob and Jeremy discussed considerations such as the ADA, Title VII, and OSHA, and provided insights on the process of EEOC investigations.
