Powers Higher Education Specialist Sharon Bob will present at the virtual Accrediting Council for Continuing Education & Training (ACCET) Annual Conference on Thursday, August 13.
Sharon will present as a panelist on a session titled “Big Picture – Federal Updates and Funding the Dream.” The session will discuss what kind of support students and institutions expect from the federal government in these times of uncertainty and change. The panel of experts will provide federal updates on temporary flexibilities and the return to the “new normal,” the changing landscape for Title IV institutions and Intensive English Programs (IEPs), gap funding, and emergency funding, such as the Paycheck Protection Program and Higher Education Relief Fund.
