Powers Pyles Sutter & Verville is pleased to announce that Dan Brozovic has been promoted to Principal, effective January 1, 2020.
As an associate in the Education practice, Dan has focused on advising clients in transactions regulated by the U.S. Department of Education and in regulatory matters and administrative litigation before the Department of Education. He has played an important role in advising institutions of higher education on compliance with federal, state, accrediting agency, and grant funding agency standards. He also has significant experience assisting in civil litigation and arbitration matters, with a particular emphasis on electronic discovery issues and the enforceability of arbitration provisions and the arbitrability of disputes.
Dan joined Powers in 2011. He earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and his B.A. from George Washington University.
Dan will join education Principals Sherry Mastrostefano Gray, Joel Rudnick, Sean Beller, Nick Michiels, and Higher Education Specialist Sharon Bob in managing the Powers education practice.
