Powers Principal Peter Thomas will be testifying on behalf of the Consortium for Citizens with Disabilities, or CCD, at the Institute of Medicine meeting on the determination of the Essential Health Benefits, as established by the Affordable Care Act. Mr. Thomas will be speaking on the importance and definition of the category “Rehabilitative and Habilitative Services and Devices” within the benefits package.
