Their presentation, titled, “The 340B Program: Compliance Risks, Threats, and Opportunities,” will provide an overview of the 340B drug pricing program and important compliance issues, discuss the most prominent threats to the program from manufacturers and PBMs, and describe key business and advocacy opportunities to push back against such threats. The presentation will also cover the interaction of the 340B program with Medicare and Medicaid and recent developments in 340B.
