Washington, D.C. – Powers Pyles Sutter & Verville is proud to announce that Mark Ogunsusi (PharmD, JD) was recognized by Modern Healthcare as one of the 40 Under 40 for 2024. This program recognizes the healthcare industry’s rising stars age 40 and under who contribute to a culture of innovation and help their organizations achieve and exceed financial, operational, and clinical goals.
Mark Ogunsusi is both an attorney and doctor of pharmacy who practices within the healthcare group at Powers Law. He has emerged as one of the leading national attorneys on pharmaceutical pricing, pharmacy reimbursement, and pharmacy law, especially on matters involving the federal 340B drug pricing program. Most of his clients are non-profit hospitals and clinics, federally qualified health centers and other safety-net providers that serve as our nation’s public health infrastructure. Before joining Powers, Mr. Ogunsusi practiced pharmacy in a number of settings including large hospitals, Medicaid-managed care organizations, a drug company, and retail pharmacies.
