He spoke in Charlotte, North Carolina on the topic of Force Majeure clauses in meeting contracts in December 2011.
In August 2012, Ben spoke to another group of meeting planners on the topic of Meeting Contract Legalese in Raleigh, North Carolina. In October of 2012, Ben will speak in Phoenix, Arizona on the topic of hotel contract attrition clauses.
