He also was a panelist at a session discussing latest trends and topics in the 340B program for Ryan White Clinics.
Powers represents a diverse group of clients on 340B matters, including Ryan White clinics, FQHCs, other grantees and hospitals. The 340B Coalition Summer Conference is a premier event for 340B health care providers, pharmacies, pharmacy service companies, government agencies, and other entities concerned about providing quality pharmaceutical care, and other critical safety-net services, to low income and vulnerable populations while ensuring compliance with drug pricing laws.
