Powers attorney Barbara Williams will present at the American Health Lawyers Association Institute on Medicare and Medicaid Payment Issues on Wednesday, March 23rd at 3:00 pm and Friday, March 25th at 9:45 am EST.
Barbara will present with 340B Health Lead Counsel Amanda Nagrotsky in a session titled, “Just When You Thought You Knew all the Acronyms: 340B Program Overview and Trending Topics.” The session will provide an overview of the 340B program, as well as 340B “hot topics,’ including recent litigation contesting manufacturer actions related to the 340B contract pharmacy program. Barbara and Amanda will also cover issues such as covered entity eligibility, the definition of “patient” for 340B, recent trends in HRSA audit findings, and the latest issues covered in State legislation related to 340B pricing.
