Powers Pyles Sutter & Verville Principal Bobby Silverstein was appointed to the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit as a Mediator in the Appellate Mediation Program. He successfully completed the Court’s mediation training earlier this year and is now eligible to receive cases as assigned by the Mediation Program.
