- William von Oehsen will be speaking at “Audits Workshop, Part 1: HRSA Audits: Preparing and Responding” on Monday, July 8th at 8:15 a.m. This session will provide an overview of the HRSA audit process and to help entities feel prepared for audit notices from HRSA. Speakers will provide insights on key steps involved with an audit.
- Mark Ogunsusi will be speaking at “Track 4: Ask the Lawyers: 340B Grantee Compliance and More” on Tuesday, July 9th at 11 a.m. In this session, attorneys will review “hot topics” in the 340B grantee space. Topics will include HRSA audits, best practices in compliance, and experiences navigating the current contract pharmacy landscape.
- Barbra Straub Williams will be speaking at “Track 1: Update on the 340B Administrative Dispute Resolution Process” on Tuesday, July 9th at 1:45 p.m. This session will provide an overview of the new ADR process and its implications for the future of 340B and program stakeholder.
